About Us / About Me
Friends, My Name is Rakesh Prajapati. I have done graduation along with MBA in Finance through distance mode. I started My Home Loan career in 2018 from Mumbai – Maharashtra region.
I am very happy that I got a chance to work in such an industry. Along with me, many of my friends who started their Home Loan career. They are today working at good positions in different company or bank.
After working in this industry, I realized how responsible this job is. People dream of having their own house, people have their emotions, people’s lives are at stake and most importantly, it is a long-term relationship.

Mr. Sanjay Jadhav
Senior Newspaper Vendor @ G.B. Road Thane West ⇒ [ DOB: 28th February 1975]
This is the Person who Supported Me When I was New in Mumbai. I Remember Very well that I was in 9th class. Everything was new for me; I was learning Marathi subject for the First Time.
My Family was not Financially Strong, and I had no Income. He gave me a side income of Rs. 500/- Per Month and supported me wherever I needed it. There is a lot to say because he was the one who taught me.
I worked as a Newspaper Boy Almost 5-6 years and later it was because of him that I joined Times of India as DSA
Mr. Bhavya Desai
City Head @ Godrej Capital ⇒ [ DOB: 13th December 1990]
This is the same person who gave me the first opportunity to work in a sector like Home Loan and got me to join BHFL (Bajaj Housing Finance Limited).
It was a pleasure working with him. He is a very helpful and aggressive person.

This is the person who taught us everything about home loans from the beginning. Me and Mr. Bhavya Desai who was my boss, all of us had entered the Home Loan sector at the same time.
No one knew so much; everyone was in the learning stage. I didn’t even know how to issue challans. So he was the one who took care of us, I remember he taught me how to issue challans.
He knows very well how to handle pressure and how to guide his down line. We also lovingly called him the pillar of BHFL.

He has good knowledge about Home Loans and has a good hold in the market. Almost all small and big builders and Salespersons in Mumbai know him.
He is famous person in the home loan sector and very helpful and aggressive towards his work. He is a person of good nature. Along with his work, he also likes to travel. Not just one, we have enjoyed many trips with Sir.
Mr. Aniket Gupta
Cluster Manager @ Godrej Capital ⇒ [ DOB: 20th April 1995]
Those days I was thinking of switching and it had been some time since I had joined them. They told me to stay, we will do something good together. I did not know much about them but there was a positive vibe coming from their talks and so I stayed.
This is the person with whose help I achieved the highest number in my home loan career as a single SM with only one executive i.e. Gross 12cr.November 2023.
And also achieved the highest insurance penetration. He is very helpful by nature and aggressive about his work.
I achieved something that I had not done before. He has a good name in the market and people know him. He is aggressive about his work. If I get a chance, I will definitely work with him.

DSA-Times of India_Thane
- Here we had to increase the subscription of our company so that we can build a good customer base.
- In Newspaper, we had editions in English-The Times of India, Marathi-Maharashtra Times and in Hindi-Nava Bharat Times for our competitors.
- Suppose if a customer uses Loksatta in Marathi Newspaper then we had to convert him by giving him Subscription of our Marathi Newspaper Maharashtra Times.
- And if a customer uses Hindustan Times in English Newspaper, then we had to convert him by giving him Subscription of our English Newspaper The Times of India.
- Here we did not have salary, only commission, we used to get from RS.40/- to Rs.70/- for every deal.
♦ The Health Naturocare_6month
Sales & leads Generation_Kopar Khairane-Navi mumbai
- Here we had to generate leads for healthy juices, and this was the toughest job for me till date. Where my salary was Rs 3000/- monthly..
- We h bad to ring the bells of closed houses of people in the society and convert them by showing them glasses of juice from the bag and telling them about it.
- Where we had to do the entire work from lead generation to collection. I also learned to ride a bike from here .
- It was right to set up a stall at the festival event for monthly subscription of juice. We used to get a good response
♦ News Paper and Delivery Boy_5yrs
- When I came to Mumbai, I took admission in 9th class. There was no significant income in the family and my parents were somehow Managing the house. I and my two brothers were all young.
- So, I started delivering newspapers to each house in the morning. The timing was from 4:00AM to 7:30AM and Monthly Income was Rs. 500/-Per Month.
- Sometimes, due to the template Services, I would earn an extra Rs. 100-150. Because of which my mother would be very happy. I did this work for 5-6 years.
